Recreate Community:Recreate community within and without
Build it with Exuberance and Joy.
Be present, let go of old patterns of dysfunction
And choose to live in respect and harmony with self and others.
With all that is going on in the world, the conflict and the disasters, within the individual and throughout the planet this essence reminds me of the importance of the inner work of loving growth. It also reminds me that as we evolve and let go of our individual limiting beliefs and patterns we open the opportunity for change to all those around us.
My thoughts and prayers to those in Canterbury and the Middle East.
