This training is on-demand online and so you choose the time that works for you.
Sessions with me are then laser focused on what you need right now to step forward.

You will have someone there to support and encourage you and, when needed, to help you see how you are sabotaging yourself. You will gain a greater understanding about yourself, how you work and what your gifts are. You will learn how to see the biggest picture while staying focused on taking the steps you need to take.
In short, you will step up to who you dream to be – but can’t yet make that happen!
What will happen?
Through a combination of transformative 1:1 sessions, online learning and check-ins and accountability, you will explore and transform your life step by step, creating the life you want to live.
Sessions are in person or via Zoom so you can contact me when it suits you for support, guidance or coaching.
At each session we will review your progress and decide on the next appropriate step. A session may be used to make future plans, deal with issues or discuss difficulties – or whatever is required to help you to move forward.
We will use kinesiology, coaching, counselling and essences to help you to release the blocks holding you back, explore your business possibilities, develop new skills and gain the confidence you need to achieve your goals. We will discuss both your business and your personal life to make sure they are on track to help you achieve what you want.
This program is a highly personalised way to clarify, consolidate and achieve your specific personal and business goals. This is not like any business or life coaching you may have had. This 6 month commitment will help you connect to the deeper purpose of your life and the work you are doing. It will transform you.
