We all hit speed bumps in the journey of life. Sometimes they just slow us down but sometimes they stop us in our tracks. Bumping against them is never comfortable however there is wisdom and growth lurking – if only we can find it! During the past 15 years or so of working with clients I have found many common themes often the same as those I have bumped up against. Often more than once! After dealing with the underlying blocks that are stopping us it often is just old habits of thinking or doing that prevent that next step.
But how to change those habits? One very effective way to evolve is to model what works for others, 100th Monkey teachings show us that there is a time when information starts to pass from one conscious individual to the rest of the group. Whether we focus on the original research where monkeys appeared to teach each other, or the story that has developed over time whereby as one monkey learnt a higher skill the rest automatically followed suit, we human beings do exactly this, we constantly learn from each other.
This eBook contains some of the thoughts, ideas and concepts that have helped me and my clients deal with life and all its challenges. It is the result of my personal reflections and the wisdom gained through my teachers on my life’s quest. These teachers include those on my spiritual and personal growth path, orthodox teachers and lecturers, my parents and family, partners and children, philosophy, writings and media both ancient and modern and, most importantly, my amazing and wonderful clients who have entrusted me with supporting them over the past 15 years or so. Originally published as independent articles, they have been edited in themes within this eBook.

HOW TO USE THIS BOOK
This book is arranged in three sections – they are colour coded for ease of use: Blue, Green and Orange. You can read it anyway it works best for you. There is a natural sequence from beginning to end, you can explore the area that interests you or just flick from article to article that attracts your attention.
Blue: CREATE YOUR INTENTIONS
To Create the Life You Want to Live you ned to take charge of your life and let go blocks to making it happen. Therefore, this first section is about creating your intentions and making them happen.
Once we start to take charge of our life we enter a conscious journey of evolution. I strongly believe that we cannot develop personally without developing higher aspects of our being. Nor do I believe that we create our life in a vacuum, I see our journey as more of a co-creation process with our Highest Self. These articles explore that connection to who we are and how we can develop authentic – and achievable goals.
Green: KNOW YOURSELF
The second section focuses on the issues that emerge as we journey through life, especially once we choose to step into the higher aspects of our Will and Power. This section, Know Yourself is about personal and professional evolution and includes being able to listen to your intuition, discern your True voice and become an Observer in your life.
Orange: LEARN SMART
As the journey of personal and professional growth often requires us to learn new skills there are some useful articles on study skills. It is never too late to open to learning easily and with joy.
Each section will open your mind to new ideas and inspirations, you will find inner journeying processes and useful tips and ideas to help you to Create the Life You Want to Live.
