In each session we review the previous month, what worked and what didn’t, and create a plan for the following month. We help you get clear about what you want and need to do, look at strategies and ways to transform old habits, we will do kinesiology, coaching or counselling – in short we work together to do what it takes to make sure you achieve the transformation you are looking for.
