Let go of something now :
Start by thinking about something. Start with something small that is annoying you and keeping you caught in your emotions. Notice all the emotions and feelings that arise. Notice any tension or anxiety. How present do you feel?
Now have a drink of water.
Next do some Hook-ups (Brain Gym®): Cross your left ankle over your right. Then extend your arms, back of your hands together and cross your left wrist over your right; interlace your fingers and draw your hands up to your chest. Hold this position for a minute, breathing comfortably with your eyes closed and your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Now uncross your ankles and place both feet on the floor. Put your fingers together at chest height, eyes closed and breathe deeply, feeling the relaxation.
If there are any stressful thoughts or feelings remaining lightly touch your Positive Points (Brain Gym®) : the points above each eye, halfway between the hairline and the eyebrows, use just enough pressure to hold the skin taut and hold for about a minute.
Now return to your problem and notice any changes in the way you think about it.
